Our approach to AI

We believe AI is a powerful tool that delivers the best results in experienced hands. We use it where it makes sense – research, synthesis, first drafts – so we can focus on the strategic thinking and creative craft that add real value.

We're transparent about how we use these tools. We protect your IP. We fact-check everything. We maintain human oversight at every stage. Our methodology, judgment and taste turn raw output into work that's strategic, beautiful and interesting.

Our ethical foundation

Our approach to AI is guided by five core principles of responsible AI use: privacy, fairness, transparency, accountability and quality.

Privacy

We use discretion about what data we share and prioritise tools that keep data in Europe and, when possible, which use clean energy sources. You always have the option of opting out, but your project may take longer or incur additional costs.

Fairness

We remain aware that AI systems have inherent biases, so we go directly to source material ourselves, apply professional judgement to interpret patterns and involve clients at multiple checkpoints throughout our process.

Transparency

We're clear with clients about where AI features in our process, which tools we use and what they're used for.

Accountability

We maintain full responsibility for all work that goes out under our name, whether AI-assisted or not, which means two sets of human eyes review everything before it reaches you.

Quality

Our standards don't drop because AI makes aspects of our work more efficient. We use established principles, proven frameworks and years of creative judgement to evaluate every output against what we know works.
